Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
In-stock/Ready to ship orders placed by 12pm Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
In-stock /Ready to ship orders placed Monday- Fridays after 12pm will be processed starting the following business day.
Pre-order turn around is 8-10 business days once the order is placed with verified secure payment.
Possible Delays
We strive to ensure orders are delivered on-time within the estimated timeframe. However, delays are possible especially during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are providing the estimated date from our carriers. On a scarce occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. After orders are in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays as a result of the postal service. We will strive to help assist in resolution, but the tracking information is the best solution, should this scenario arise.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
Mail Carrier Returned Orders
Any packages unable to be delivered by will likely be returned to ReddT2Slay, as the sender. This could take up to 5-7 days, for which we will have to wait until we can reach out to you in effort to gain additional insight to get your order to you. At that point, the shipping timeframe is restarted.
Refund:
ReddT2Slay Captivating Hair Collection has a NO REFUND policy. If for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please message us directly to discuss the matter. We will gladly hear your concerns and try our best within policy to remedy the situation.
Due hygienic nature of providing extensions, accepting extensions any form of used, altered, or unpackaged back is not allowed by federal law.
Exchange options will only be considered under the following circumstances (1) Extensions must be in original packaging with all bands, labels, and tags attached in the same manner that you received the extensions. (2) Extensions must be unaltered meaning it has not been washed or co-washed, bleached, dyed or processed in any way.
Please dye or bleach extensions at your own risk.
